OUR HIRING PROCESS

Getting to know you

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story. This is also a wonderful opportunity to ask questions about the role, the team, the company. At the end of the call, you may be asked to completed two online surveys that are associated with the position.

Interview process

In this meeting, we'll take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. This is also the perfect time to ask more questions and to get a better feeling about your fit for the position. It is quite normal for there to be a first and second interview during this stage of the hiring process. We may also request you to provide us with some professional references.

Show us your skills

If applicable, we may want to see your practical skills by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. This can include a verbal or written presentation, or a hands-on task to help evaluate your mechanical skills and aptitude.

Employment offer

Congratulations! You made it to the last stage. We will present you with an Employment Agreement and provide you with ample time to review the details and ask as many questions as necessary prior to your acceptance.
