We are currently seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kelowna, British Columbia. This position plays a vital role in supporting both our field service team and our valued customers through a wide range of responsibilities. Job requirements

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Perform accurate picking, packaging, labeling, tagging, and shipping of goods.

  • Use business systems and software to identify parts, organize work, and process incoming and outgoing orders.

  • Stock items systematically by number, size, shape, and type.

  • Handle materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

  • Assist with the movement and placement of materials onto shelves, service vehicles, and delivery trucks.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, delivery drivers, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure parts availability and accuracy.

  • Identify parts using supplier manuals, internal systems, and online resources.

  • Support inside sales functions, including invoicing parts, equipment, tools, and accessories.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner via phone, email, fax, and in-person interactions.

  • Ask clarifying questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Perform administrative duties related to ordering, shipping, invoicing, returns, and inventory control.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and service shop environment.

  • Provide general labor support for warehouse and shop operations as required.

  • Consistently adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary diploma or certification is considered an asset.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse, parts, or customer service environment preferred.

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs within the past five years).

  • Valid forklift certification is an asset.

  • First Aid, CPR, and other safety training certifications are considered beneficial.

  • Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset.

  • High level of integrity and ethical values.

  • Ability to work independently in a steady and stable environment.

  • This position is moderately physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting, and kneeling; and consistent use of arms and legs with full range of motion and exerting push and pull forces.

  • Employees may lift or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and or move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift and or move more than 75 lbs.

  • Professional, respectful, and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, high-quality, and error-free work.

  • Strong initiative with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.

  • Technical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical and parts manuals, as well as maintenance schedules.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as other business-related software.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation and paperwork.

  • Commitment to following safe work practices and maintaining a safe workplace at all times.

  • This position is based out of our Kelowna office located at Unit 1, 3525 Edwards Road, Kelowna, BC, V1X 7R6.

Schedule:

  • Part time day shift (Monday to Friday).

  • No weekends.
